Refunds
To receive a refund, items must be returned in their original condition and meet our return eligibility requirements.
Once your return has been received by our fulfilment team, the item(s) will be inspected and processed in line with our Returns & Refund Policy. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 6 working days of your return being received by our fulfilment team.
Funds Returned to Your Account
Once your refund has been confirmed by email, funds usually appear in your account within 3–5 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note: refunds or exchanges are not provided for correctly supplied items where the issue relates solely to fit preference, as outlined in our Returns & Refund Policy.
While refunds are available, we recommend choosing an exchange where possible — it’s faster, free, and helps ensure you receive the item you want.
Eligibility for Returns
Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as DREAMWEAR is not responsible for lost return parcels
Order Cancellations & Amendments
As orders are processed quickly, cancellations or amendments cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible at info@dreamwearldn.com. While we will always try to assist where possible, orders that have already entered processing or dispatch cannot be modified or cancelled.
If your order cannot be amended before dispatch, you may manage this through our returns process once the order has been delivered.
